About these terms
These terms cover your use of nxsgate.com, which is run by NXSgate ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
They don't cover the NXSgate product itself. When NXSgate launches, the software, appliances and subscriptions will come with their own license and service agreements.
Information on this site
NXSgate hasn't launched yet. The features, plans, specifications, prices and dates on this site describe what we're planning, and they may change before launch. Product pictures may show concept designs. Nothing on the site is an offer, a contract or a promise that something will be available.
We try to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we can't promise that every page is complete or free of mistakes.
Using the site
You're welcome to read, share and link to our pages. Please don't:
- use the site in a way that breaks the law
- try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site or our systems
- send spam, malware or false information through our contact form
- copy large parts of the site, or scrape it with automated tools
If you're a security researcher and think you've found a vulnerability, please follow our responsible disclosure process and report it to security@nxsgate.com, rather than testing it in ways that could harm the site or other people.
Our content and trademarks
The NXSgate name and logo, and the text, graphics and design of this site, belong to NXSgate. Please don't use them without our permission, except to refer to us and our products accurately.
Other product and company names on the site, such as Microsoft 365, Zoom or AWS, are trademarks of their owners. Mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse NXSgate.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Your messages to us
When you contact us, we handle your details as described in our privacy policy. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve NXSgate without owing you anything for it.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we don't promise that it will always be available, free of errors or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, NXSgate isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit or business, that comes from using this website or relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
