Privacy policy
What we collect when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: we only collect what you type into our contact form, and we use it to reply to you.

Who we are
This website, nxsgate.com, is run by NXSgate ("we", "us"). If you have a question about this policy or about your data, email privacy@nxsgate.com.
What we collect
When you contact us
If you send a message through our contact form, we receive what you type in:
- your first and last name, work email and company
- your phone number, if you give it
- how many sites you have, the topic you picked and your message
- that you agreed to be contacted about your request
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
When you browse the site
We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Our fonts and images are served from our own site, so browsing it doesn't send your information to other companies.
To play the logo animation only once per visit, your browser keeps a small note called nxs-intro in its session storage. It never leaves your browser and is deleted when you close the tab.
Like any website, the company that hosts our site may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited and when. These are used to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and help with what you asked about, such as a demo, a quote or a technical question.
- If you joined the waitlist, to tell you about early access, launch pricing and the release of NXSgate. We'll only email you about NXSgate.
- To keep a record of our conversation, in case you get in touch again.
We don't sell your data, rent it out or use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and handle email:
- Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our inbox and handles your form data only to do that. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
- Our email provider stores the messages we send and receive.
- Our hosting provider serves the website and may keep the server logs described above.
These providers may store data in other countries. We only share what they need to do their job, and we'll share information with others only if the law requires it.
Why we're allowed to use it
If data protection laws such as the GDPR apply to you, we rely on two things: your consent, which you give when you tick the box on our form, and our legitimate interest in answering questions about our product.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up. Waitlist details are kept until we've told you about the launch, or until you ask us to remove you. After that, we delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and send you a copy
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your information
- stop emailing you, including taking you off the waitlist
Email privacy@nxsgate.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and only the people who need it to help you can see it. No system is perfectly secure, so if you spot a problem, please tell us at security@nxsgate.com.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't aimed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, for example by adding analytics, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
